MIND CALM and BODY CALM use simple techniques to bring your awareness back to the present moment, where life is happening. They promote a series of specific thoughts and awareness points to help cultivate more peace, joy and health. Calm stands for CONSCIOUS AWARENESS LIFE MEDITATION
The technique is so simple and needs no effort, only a curiosity and child-like playfulness. No jargon, no strict rules, no uncomfortable sitting positions and no judgements. Learn how to meditate and more importantly how to keep on meditating.

BODY CALM is the powerful meditation technique that helps your body to heal and stay healthy. It gives you the rest you need to recover, cleans up your mind-body connection communications and cultivates a healthier belief system that promotes rather than postpones your readiness for radiant health.
Both meditations are very similar in that they use the technique “Gently alert attention wide open” (GAAWO) which you can have a play with by checking out my video above. There are only 3 rules to engaging GAAWO which are you have to play with it, you can’t do it later - only now and you can’t think about doing it.
Both Mind Calm and Body Calm use closed or open eyed practises so you can keep practising when ever you rememeber. This helps bring you back to the present moment and strengthens your attention muscle to the only moment where life is happening – now.
